CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

In consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein, the parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality with respect to the terms, conditions, and existence of this contract. Both parties agree not to disclose, directly or indirectly, any details of this agreement to any third party, without the prior written consent of International Heritage Fashion Week. This obligation of confidentiality encompasses, but is not limited to, discussions, negotiations, and the specific terms and conditions outlined in this contract. The party further agrees that any breach of this confidentiality provision may result in irreparable harm, and the non-breaching party shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief, in addition to any other remedies available at law.
